San Francisco (east bay area) - Crime Scene Cleanup Technician (1-2 part time employees needed)

Job Description - As a Crime Scene Clean Up Technician, you will be required to be on call for 24 hour periods. You will respond to suicides, homicides, accidental trauma scenes, outbreaks of MRSA and other "Super Bugs", pack rat/hoarding houses, tear gas houses, etc. You will be expected to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever on scene. Utilizing our company vehicles/equipment, you will safely and properly remediate the problem for which you were sent. New employees will be part time and on a probationary period for 1 year.

Training - We will provide you with training other than what is listed in the requirements below.

Pay Rate - As an entry level technician, your pay will start at $15-$20/hour. As you gain experience you will be given raises accordingly.

Please keep in mind this can be very physically challenging. We do not simply go in and mop up a puddle of blood. While working, you are required to be in full Personal Protective Equipment which includes Tyvek coveralls, high risk gloves, respirator, eye protection, etc. We often remove walls, subfloors, heavy furniture etc. To be considered, you must meet the requirements below. 
 

Requirements:
Hazwoper-40 hours (May obtain within 1 month of employment)
Blood Borne Pathogens
Clean DMV
No Crimial Record (Misdemeanors/Felonies)
Minimum age 21
Good Physical Fitness
Ability to be on call 24 hours
Experience with tools/machinery a plus.
