Job Description - As a Crime Scene Clean Up Technician, you will be required to be on call from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday unless previously requested time off, as well as on call 2 nights per week and 1 to 2 weekends per month. You will respond to suicides, homicides, accidental trauma scenes, outbreaks of MRSA and other "Super Bugs", pack rat/hoarding houses, tear gas houses, etc. You will be expected to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever on scene. Utilizing our company vehicles/equipment, you will safely and properly remediate the problem for which you were sent. New employees will be part time and on an introductory period for 1 year. Please keep in mind this can be very physically challenging. We do not simply go in and mop up a puddle of blood. While working, you are required to be in full Personal Protective Equipment which includes Tyvek coveralls, high risk gloves, respirator or N95 mask, eye protection, etc. We often remove walls, subfloors, heavy furniture etc. To be considered, you must meet the requirements below.
Training - We will provide you with training other than what is listed in the requirements below.
Pay Rate - As an entry level 1 technician, your pay will start at $13.50 to $15.00/hour depending on experience. Pay increases up to $20.00/hour depending on your desire to promote from level 1 to level 3 tech.

Requirements:
Must live within 30 minutes of the office with openings.
Blood Borne Pathogens (course provided in house once hired)
Clean DMV (Max 1 point on record allowable)
No Criminal Record (Misdemeanors or Felonies - Background checks performed)
Must Pass Pre-Employment Drug Test, plus random drug testing
Minimum age 21
Good Physical Fitness
Ability to be on call 24 hours on certain nights and weekends
Experience with tools/machinery/restoration a plus.
