Cory Chalmers
President/Founder
Cory Chalmers founded Crime Scene Steri-Clean, LLC in 1995 while working as a paramedic and seeing a huge need to help people. In 1997, Cory was hired as a firefighter in Orange County California where he recently retired as a fire Captain in order to pursue the growth of his company to help those in the face of tragedy. His knowledge of city budgets, PO's, S.O.P.'s and budget restraints is key in contracting his services with over 4 dozen cities that Crime Scene Steri-Clean, LLC is contracted by. He has 14 years experience as a paramedic, 14 years with hazardous materials and emergency management, as well as 18 years of biohazard response and remediation. Cory is often asked to be the keynote speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the United States and has been featured on a dozen or more television shows including his regular appearance with "Hoarders" on A&E. He is responsible for the rapid growth of Crime Scene Steri-Clean, LLC from an owner operator, home based business to a multi million dollar company that now has locations throughout California. Cory runs a worldwide Yahoo Talkgroup on crime scene cleanup as well as several websites to assist the public with valuable resources and information in their time of need. He is well known throughout the United States and an industry leader.

Janelle Brown
Operations Director
Janelle Brown has been with Steri-Clean, Inc. since 1997. Ms. Brown is the Chief Oerations Oficer for all our California offices and plays a key role in our billing department and Human Resources. Her daily responsibilities also include the management of accounts receivable, scheduling, customer service, office administration and all of our companies operations. Her expertise in all aspects of the company has proven to be a huge asset to the companies reputation and steady growth. Her ability to coordinate projects and interact with customers is irreplaceable. Ms. Brown works out of our Rancho Cucamonga Headquarters Offices. |
Mike Mooney
Operations Manager - Northern California
Mike Mooney has been with Crime Scene Steri-Clean for many years. He is an asset to our company and is key in running his operational area. Mr. Mooney is highly motivated and excellent at working with people in all aspects of our business. From grieving family members to City and State officials, he has the understanding and personality to make anyone feel comfortable. Mr. Mooney oversees all operations in Northern California from the Oregon border down to Fresno. As Operations Manager he is responsible for all facilities, budget and personnel in his area. Mr. Mooney works out of our Vacaville, California corporate offices. |
Robert McKeever
Operations Manager - Southern California
Robert McKeever was a long time field supervisor for us until he promoted to Case Manager in 2009. His experience in biohazardous waste remediation has proven to be invaluable in our organization. Roberts military background has proven to be extremely beneficial in teamwork and leading his crews. Robert recently was promoted once again to the operations manager of Southern California where he oversees all daily operations of his territory. |

| Jaime Frisbie
Administrative Assistant
Jaime joined the Steri-Clean team early in 2012. In her role as administrative assistant she has many varied duties. She takes care of all procurement and also coordinates and schedules the technicians on jobs. She supplies support to all management staff and will gladly do any task asked of her. Her ability to solve problems and work independently is of great value to our company.

Kyle St. George
Director of Marketing
Kyle St.George is a dynamic salesman with marketing abilities like none we have seen before. His approach is more about people and not the product. Kyle has years of experience with both Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 companies and has proven his worth with us. His ability to engage people is like no other and when he speaks, people just want to listen. Mr. St.Geroge handles our customer contracts from national Hotel chains to local management companies, inusurance companies, and city/county agencies. Mr. St.George has also begun public speaking and lectures for seminars and conferences both small and large. He has now also taken on the task of sales and marekting of Steri-Clean franchises thorughout the nation. We are excited to see Mr. St.George expand our Steri-Clean family into other states. |

| Kathryn Chalmers
Special Projects Manager
Kathryn Chalmers has recently joined the Steri-Clean team. Kathryn is a dynamic and highly motivated manager with 13+ years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer products, founding and leading a network of business consultants, and managing a specialty food service business. She is a proactive leader, and we are excited to have her on the team, helping to expand the business through focused management and hands-on leadership. In Kathryn's spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, her vintage Volkswagen, and spending time with her young family.

Ricardo Calderon
Warehouse and Inventory Manager
Ricardo Calderon is in charge of maintaining inventory and cleanliness for our warehouse and fleet of vehicles. For the past few years our facility has been running much more efficiently since he came on board. After each vehicle comes back to our warehouse he is responsible for performing inventory and restock so it is ready to go on the next response. He is also responsible for labeling, tracking, and disposal of all biohazardous waste. He keeps our facility in top shape at all times. |
Biohazard Technicians

Steri-Clean maintains a staff of around 24 highly trained biohazard technicians. They are all trained in blood borne pathogens, disease exposure and prevention as well as crime scene clean up, tear gas remediation, odor control, lead based paint, and proper disinfection techniques. Through initial training upon hiring and mandatory monthly safety/training sessions, you won't find a more qualified team anywhere. They respond 24 hours a day to biohazard scenes throughout their respective service areas and are recognized as the leaders all across the nation.
