Last month you were called to our home in Anaheim following the loss of our son. This was the worst thing I have ever had to deal with. I just wanted to let you know about the experience I had from the time I contacted your company. The day following my sons death, my sister called your company and spoke to a woman who very compassionately explained  your services and how you could help our situation. She also explained the costs and how our insurance would pay for your service which we did not end up needing in the end. She gathered our information and said someone would be there within the hour. Your team showed up on time and were so respectful of the situation we were in. They were patient with us and went about their work quietly in our sons room. The first time I went back into his room I was so scared of what I might see. It was difficult, but your crew did such an amazing job that at least I didn't have any signs of the events that occurred to make it even more difficult. I just thought you needed to know that your service has made a huge difference through all this and we wanted to thank you for everything you have done. When you go through something is terrible as this it takes time to even realize how much people have done for you. Please tell everyone involved with this job that they their professionalism and compassion was truly appreciated. I hope I never know anyone that ever needs your service again, but if I do, I will definitely give them your number.

Your crew just left and they were terrific. They were done much quicker than I thought they would be. I am not sure if I told you before, but this house has been in my family for 3 generations. The thought of something like this destroying it was unbearable. The odor is completely gone and it actually smells betther than it did before this all happened! Just a quick follow up letter to let you know how pleased we are with your company. Your crews were at a house on Monday following the death of my grandmother. Unfortunately, she lived alone and didn't let anyone come and visit. When we didn't hear from her, well you know what happened. We were so happy we found your service. You did an excellent job and we couldn't believe that the odor was completely gone. And thank you for your referral to the carpet company, they were great too. Overall, you made a terrible experience a little easier. I prey we never need you again....nothing personal!
